Charlie Sternberg

Charlie Sternberg is a Principal at CAP Insurance Group, an independent property and casualty brokerage based in Charlotte. With a passion for economic empowerment and upward mobility, Charlie has dedicated time and energy to organizations that create pathways to self-sufficiency, including The Harvest Center, Jobs for Life, Jobs Partnership, and Forest Hill Church. Charlie and his wife Krissy have been married for 18 years and are the proud parents of two active children — Sienna (16), a cross country runner at Myers Park High School, and Smith (14), a baseball player at AG Middle School. Outside the office, Charlie can be found traveling with his family, playing the guitar, and chasing that elusive round of golf under 90.
