George Watkins

George Watkins is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with experience spanning military service, digital growth, and small business operations. A graduate of Duke University and Harvard Business School, George began his career as a nuclear-trained naval officer, completing multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf before transitioning into the private sector. He spent 14 years at Red Ventures in the Charlotte area, serving in a variety of senior leadership roles during the company's rapid growth. In 2025, George joined Stein as a partner to help lead and expand the business. Based in Charlotte, he is known for his strategic leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for building strong teams and businesses.
