Jae McGirt

Jae McGuirt is a seasoned insurance and benefits executive with extensive experience in captive strategies and agency leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University. Leading as Partner and Director of Captive Strategies Initiatives at ECM Solutions (from 2006), Jae now serves as President of Carolina Benefits Partners, where he brings strategic insight, operational discipline, and a forward-looking mindset to the evolving benefits marketplace.

Married to Riley for 38 years, we have two children, Griffin and Evan, and three grandsons, all living within 7 minutes of us in Providence Plantation, Charlotte.Relocated to Charlotte in 1987 with our son, following graduation from Wake Forest University, originally from Roanoke, Virginia.Active members of Elevation Church since 2007 and passionate about outdoor activities including golf, hiking, wing shooting, fishing, and biking.I appreciate traveling for board meetings, golf, and sight-seeing, celebrating Charlotte's growth from a "15-minute town" to a "30-minute city" over 35 years, valuing its community spirit and potential for collaborative achievements.
