Josh Blackson

Josh Blackson is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic growth, and team development. Based in Charlotte, NC, he currently serves as Executive Partner of Operations at True Homes USA, where he helps lead one of the region’s largest homebuilding companies. Previously, Josh served in senior leadership at Elevation Church, overseeing large-scale teams and operational systems during a period of rapid expansion. Josh has been married to his wife Angie since 2001 and has 3 girls Alyssa - 19, Kaitlyn - 17, Karis - 15. He attended Spring Arbor University and moved to Charlotte in 2006. Josh likes that Charlotte is conveniently located between the mountains and the ocean, has all 4 seasons but plenty of sunshine, has pro sports and theater, and is home to some great restaurants. He enjoys SCUBA Diving, Snowboarding, Backpacking, and just about every sport but recently Pickleball.
