Manny Rodrigues

Manny Rodrigues is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Broad River Retail, a leading independently-owned furniture retailer in the Southeast. He joined Broad River in 2014 as Director of Talent, became Senior Vice President of Human Capital in 2015, became a partner in 2016, and was promoted to COO in 2018. A recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal “Top 40 Under 40” award in 2019, he is known for building high-performance teams and embedding a strong guest-centric culture across Broad River’s operations.
