Rob Kelly

Rob Kelly is the Founder & CEO of the FORCLT Network and Co-Founder & CEO of the City Leaders Collective, based in Charlotte, NC. A graduate of the University of Washington and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, he previously served for 13 years as a pastor before shifting focus to city-wide transformation and network leadership. Rob is the co-author of Metanoia and the originator of the annual State of Our City report, known for building collaborative platforms that unite churches and community leaders to drive sustained impact across cities.
