KSuite Impact Report: Employment

The Employment Action Network presents the impactful work and strategic initiatives of KSuite members. Our priorities are to enhance workforce development, create career pathways, and support the integration of immigrant and refugee workers.

Through strategic program development and formation of partnerships, members of KSuite have offered:

  • 250+ youth explored skilled trades through real-world experiences.
  • 175 high school students accessed career immersion opportunities.
  • 12 young adults completed training, with six securing full-time jobs.
  • 20 trade employers partnered to create hiring pipelines and mentorship opportunities.
  • 81 ESL students were empowered through language and workforce training programs.
  • Immigrant and refugee participants achieved citizenship milestones, workforce readiness, and increased independence.
  • 18 Jobs for Life graduates reentered the workforce with critical skills and community support.
  • 4,875 volunteer hours enriched program efforts, reflecting deep community investment.
  • $120,751 saved and $24,605 in debt retired among participants, demonstrating lasting economic impact.
